The My Job Campaign concept enables candidates to find out directly about real career opportunities. The aim is to build a network of employers/ talented young people in which candidates will participate actively, enabling them to make an early approach to employers, who can also contact them.

The talented young people will have an opportunity to set themselves apart by revealing their personalities using simple and very intuitive tools to manage their account. By prioritising ease of use and free access to the site for candidates, My Job Campaign ensures that it is widely and democratically accessible.
