The platform enables KPMG to contact students pro-actively via the search function. The useful data collected on the platform is exploited by the our recruiters as from the start of the academic year and a significant number of our graduates are hired via the platform.

BMW Group Belux heeft het programma JOY’N US ontwikkeld als ondersteuning van de rekruteringen en als selectieproces voor het net van de concessiehouders. Een van de grootste uitdagingen vandaag de dag bestaat erin om hoog technologische profielen te vinden voor onze verdere productontwikkeling. Dit voornamelijk voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe technologieën voor hybride en elektronische voertuigen. In tegenstelling tot de Job Fairs, is de aanpak van My Job Campaign directer, doelgerichter en efficiënter. Swift is recruiting a certain number of Young Graduates each year, therefore we try to be present on the different Campus fairs. Unfortunately we don’t have the opportunity to be everywhere. That’s why we are convinced of the added value of My Job Campaign. On one hand they are present on almost every campus. On the other hand when we attend a job fair we don’t have the opportunity to reach all the students, on that side also My Job Campaign’s help is great, they either prepare our visit before the job day, or act as a reminder when we have already attended the event.
As we are looking for very specific and rare profiles (ITers, or Financial profiles) who are very hard to find, My Job Campaign has due to her proactive approach on the campuses put us in contact with candidates that weren’t reachable on the different jobsites or not attending the job fairs.
